Highlighting Western Sydney
This month News Corp's Project Sydney Go West campaign is being launched. This campaign will mean heightened coverage of Western Sydney in the Daily Telegraph, Sunday Telegraph, NewsLocal papers and sites, and on the Channel 7 news.
As a part of this campaign, this afternoon approximately 50 young people including a number of TAFE students will talk with Premier Gladys Berejiklian about topics affecting them. The Youth Forum event will be livestreamed on the Daily Telegraph website.
You may see posters and flyers around the campus encouraging students to apply for the Go West Mentorship Program. Those who are selected for this program will receive one-on-one mentoring from some of Australia's most experienced leaders and be offered work experience, CV and interview training. This program will provide significant opportunities for our students to develop their career potential. Please apply.
