This is a full time position that is scheduled to start immediately for the right candidate. Current, solid experience with both MYOB and Xero is required and exposure to industry specific software, simPro would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will also need to have experience and
knowledge of the operations of Microsoft Office and display excellent communication skills. A Diploma of Accounting is required.
Current experience/exposure will be required in the following duties. These duties will align with the respective job description:
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Banking/ reconciliations
• Processing Sales
• Process and lodge AIS, BAS, PAYG, Payroll Tax & Superannuation
• Month end reporting
• Preparation of monthly management reports
• Assist in budget preparation
• EOY Reconciliations and processes
• Any other duties required to assist the office
