An Excellent opportunity
exists for a an Accounts Administrator to join our team at Norwest
Central. Pendragon Management are a People Management Company offering
Contractor management, migration, salary packaging, outsourced payroll and back
office services
Objective of the position
You will be required to
assist on a daily basis the Payroll for current Consultants. The role
requires the new team member to have strong problem solving skills, basic
accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution
skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills, verifying the accuracy of
invoices and other accounting documents or records, make adjustments to the company's
records, perform routine book-keeping and clerical accounting duties. You will
have great communication skills as liaising with our Consultants/Clients on a
day to day basis is essential. Assisting them with their enquiries in a
timely manner.
Key Performance Requirements
and Duties
·
Maintaining Consultants business expenses and allocating these to
payments
·
All round knowledge of the payroll system, including processing
payments, performing bank reconciliations, and entering payments into the bank
·
Payroll Tax Spreadsheets
·
PAYG With-holding Tax
·
Keep all files up to date
·
Assist with call handling
·
Assisting with new lead enquiries
·
Raising Invoices to Clients
·
Performing credit control
·
Reconcile the company credit cards and allocate receipts accordingly
·
Filing completed payroll documentation
·
Book-keeping for our out-sourced Clients
